Nissan to Standardize AEB for Select 2018 Models

If standard safety features are important to you, you'll love what Nissan has in store.

Nissan announced that automatic emergency braking (AEB) will be standard on eight 2018 Nissan models:

  • Rogue
  • Rogue Sport
  • Sentra
  • Altima
  • Leaf
  • Pathfinder
  • Murano

Other automakers are making similar strides towards standardizing AEB, but many of them are heading for a 2022 deadline. Nissan is jumping on the bandwagon a bit earlier, so we won't have to wait as long to see the results of the Japanese automaker's efforts.
